I called to ask about returning 2 out of the 4 shirts I bought because the materials were totally different and way too heavy for my taste. On the other end, I was met with a lot of attitude. It was clear she was annoyed, like she didn’t want to deal with my call, and there was no sign of good customer service. It really put me off and made me feel kinda guilty for even reaching out.
